      ... last year when I was up this way the sun was shining high and the views were fantastic. Last year it was total mist and extremely dangerous to say the least as one could not see ten feed ahead and oncoming cars were simply a nightmare.

      ... scenery, paid the €24 and went to the top car park, the little Peugeot nearly blew a valve. Walked around up top, but being on slippery ice next to steep slopes is not my idea of fun, we looked around and went into the lovely town of Misurina and had lunch.       ... up into the mountains. Everyone fired up! We hopped off the cable car - glanced around and decided we just had to have a group photo - it was that beautiful! We haven't had much in the way of blue skies and so we needed to take full advantage! And then we headed off on the path - up and down - gentle walking! Stopped for espresso at a little restaurant - and then headed off again. Taking lots of pictures, of course! :-). ...

      ... the hotel - but some of us wanted to check out the shops in a nearby town . . . So we headed off once more! Back to Laurie's pink pants store! Jojo loved these pants and decided she needed a pair for herself! Watch out for the photos! :-)
      Cyndy, Dave, and Colette also found some bargains .. Now - we have an hour until happy hour. Yikes! Have yet to shower or even glance at my pictures . . . Oh well . . .
