    ... happy birthday in Portuguese and Dutch at the same time and it turned out hilarious !     ... as well as shampoo and things like that. (And, I take my forbidden photo). I notice they don't sell things like aspirins or cold medicines, etc. But, there are pharmacies everywhere (just like 7/11 are everywhere) that carry these items.
