I arrived in split early in the morning which was great because all the other tourists were still sleeping !

The camp site has adopted a little stray kitten (inadvertently). She can't be more than a couple of months old and although she's around so much dirt she's still pure white with little orangey brown patches. ... feel, as there are thousands of little restaurants all light up amongst the small alleys, half the time you don't know what restaurant owns what seating as it's all just combined. It was so hard making a choice, I think after an hour or so we just had to bite the bullet and choose one as our hunger was growing and they all looked so tempting. ... the swim was incredibly refreshing especially after a week in sweaty cities. The beach obviously suffers from erosion, being mainly huge rounded pebbles from old house rubble, but this make for crystal clear water.

By 2 we were allowed to check in. The accommodation is basic, no bunk beds but towels are available. There is a lovely common area for BBQ and general chilling. The best thing about it is that it is 3 steps away from the ...
