... a little before 8:00 to walk back down the hill for dinner. The place we thought we'd stop at, a little closer to our hotel, was closed. So we traipsed all the way down the hill and found a nice little restaurant to have our pizza in. We got a salad to share and a parma ham pizza. Had our usual wine so the walk back up the hill didn't seem so torturous. ...

... reach my final destination. I felt myself turning into the incredible hulk at this stage. I had a 20kg suitcase, a 12kg backpack and hand luggage - nothing like taking the kitchen sink abroad.

It was 7pm and I had finally arrived at my B'n'B after 14 hours. I sat down for 5 minutes before I thought to myself... 'Ang on a minute, I am in Sardinia, It would be rude not to get a real Italian pizza' I was so excited... but unfortunately it ...

    Day 42 - Bari Italy
This morning after no sleep - thanks to the people in the cabin next door we started our day with a wonderful massage at the day spa. The massage was exactly what I needed. We then went for breakfast, then back to the coffee bar where I was served a soy latte without any hostility or confrontation! We disembarked at Bari at lunch time. Bari is the main city of the Puglia Region and the most developed province ...
