Opposite each mirror is a floor to ceiling glass window that overlooks the gardens so the light from the windows is reflected in the mirrors. The bones were arranged in a decorative pattern as a way to pay respect to the millions of dead there. The catacombs lace around the underground of Paris and are dark and damp. You wind from room to room as the walls are packed with human remains. It is almost eerie, but also hard to remember that these were once people and it's not just a fake haunted house ...
