We were there for 1/2 a day and when we got back to Venice we stopped at a great bar for Prosecco and chequetti (Venetian appetizers). Sat for a long time just enjoying the night and people watching. We came to Venice for ...

... a while, well I say 'we' I got Niomi to stand in the shade because it was midday and she melts in the sun.

Niomi had to wrap herself up in the cathedral which she wasn't too happy about because she was so hot, luckily I bought her a fan before we came out to Italy because I know she struggles with the hear. The cathedral was impressive inside and out. We were glad we had the chance of looking around and appreciate the architecture.
