... cinnamon smell. We saw green bee eaters, blue kingfishers, another bright yellow and green bird, that was highly visible when it flew but almost impossible to spot once it landed. Red legged plover like birds, wild pigeons, small finches in busy flocks and 3 Osprey who were working the area. We spotted another large eagle with a yellow bill and head. ... Sri Lankan patients who are suffering from post traumatic stress disorder and other anxiety disorders. We were encouraged to share upsetting memories by directing the other members of the group to act it out. This was so emotional for all of us and we were crying so much by the end! ... nice. Another first today, which was another unpleasant hygiene issue, was the hose. Instead of toilet roll the locals use a hose to wash themselves after going to the toilet. I vowed I would not be doing this and kept tissue paper with me everywhere... except for this morning :(. So yep, the hose had to be used. Safe to say I am now fully stocked up on tissue paper.
