This morning I woke with the sun to pound the pavement for my first real run since being away. Whilst the girls settled in for the day, Hugh and I embarked on our favourite past time......finding a Laundromat. With only one operating in Monterosso you would think it would be easy to find, but no, we ended up asking the Tourist information lady who duly set us in the right direction.
A few more odd jobs completed and Hugh and I joined the ladies on the beach for the rest of the day.

... out and Skype refusing to work properly, I was starting to feel a bit overwhelmed. I managed to speak with Mum and Suzy dog but getting through to my fella was proving near impossible. I was getting eaten to death by mozzies and my internet kept dropping out but finally, just as I was starting to have a wobbly lip moment, my Skype chips in to life and its my man, who always seems to know exactly what to say.

... to see the tower. It was about a 30 minute walk through some beautiful old streets along cafe, restaurants and shops. When we arrived at the tower, it looked fake to see it in real life. We all had the same thought - just to see it in front of you after only seeing it in print and television before was a true experience.
