    I'm sad today because it is my very last hours in the Seychelles. No more beautiful beaches and mountain hikes to wonderful views.     When I first saw the hotel Le Jarden des Palmes I couldn't believe how close to the beach it was. My next thought was how homey it felt.     ... the hotel shuttle bus from the airport to my hotel (The Four Seasons Resort Seychelles) and based on the areas we drove through reminds me a bit of a place I went on vacation last year. On my way I was surprised to see a lot of older buildings and busy streets and that trees line many streets, even in the centre of the city.

    ... all have to chip in. The bread didn't turn out particularly well, but I have now been officially named as the flapjack queen! (Yes I'll make you all some when I get back!).
