    ... dead beat town but it does have a nice B&B and a convenient little supermarket to stock up with supplies. Some of the towns we passed on the way in (including Trois Ponts and Vielsalm) were stunning. They reminded me of a combination of the Rocky Mountains and Southern France. There are some amazing birds to be seen as well (both literally and metaphorically). Dad would be in his element.

    ... a combination of historical walking maps and my eyes when I saw something interesting. Close to several sites I found geocaches. The most interesting site was an impasse (a civil decree which ultimately didn't pass provided for dead ends). At the end of this impasse was 800 stairs leading towards the citadel.     Even though the bus only runs every two hours on Sundays, and the next bus would arrive at the track after the start of the GP3 and GP2 races, there were only 20 people waiting for the 8:30am bus. I watched most of the GP3 race from the bronze section rather than my grandstand so I could compare the views. The bronze section is much closer to the track than my gold grandstand which proved to be a disappointment other than for the shade. Today's fun fact about the Belgian Grand ...
