... who is the driver for the Yoga Research Centre and my new best friend! We drove for about an hour to an amazing boutique hotel in Ubud (found by my wonderful husband of course), where I will stay until Friday, when I move to the Happy Inn, a place recommended by Eddie. The walk started off on road though the villages on the outskirts of Ubud, they were very lovely and had quiet little shops and places to eat and stay. From the moment we stepped of the road and onto the path it was beautiful. We were surrounded by rice fields, palm trees and thick greenery as we walked down some incredibly steep steps ...

Today we relaxed and watched movies and , swam in the pool. We watched the wood carving men harvest half the Forrest over the fence from our motel. I think they are type of jacaranda tree, but I may be wrong. The weather today is lovely and clear. I think my nose got a bit burnt when we were in the pool ...
