Off to Florence, first to see the green statue of David ( by Michelangelo ) overlooking the city below. Lovely views from this lookout venue. We ended the evening with a stroll through our areas of responsibility to bounce some ideas around and refuel our enthusiasm for their imminent development, maintenance and progression.
We had to pass on an invite to join the Polish team for drinks in Monaco as the week's adventures had left us both in sore need of an early end to the night. We bid each other a hazy bonsoir and were in bed by 10pm.

... The fourth and last train was easy to find and we got on without a problem. I've noticed so far that our tickets haven't been checked once. All you do is walk onto your train and hope you're on the right one! I'd like to know how they don't have people sneaking on.
