... as we were all pretty shattered. I started the next day with a run along the beach which was so nice but so so hot at only 8am!! I don't think I've ever sweated quite that much!Simone and I then joined in a free yoga class at Joes Cafe which was really good but I struggled a bit in the heat following my run! At the end of the class she did some meditation with us and then massaged our shoulders with aromatherapy oils. It was bliss! It was so fun to try some ...

The friends we made at Halong Bay have also been staying in Hoi An so we had a boozy night out with them....the 2 for 1 cocktails helped with this, although someone might have had a few too many than was sensible and felt a little poorly. I'll leave you to decide whether ...

We arrived in DaLat lunchtime and took a walk around the town. It's a nice town, though chilly and has a great market. Obviously near the coffee growing region of Vietnam there are endless places to by coffee and preserved fruits. We started by exploring the crazy house, a Gaudí-esque building with a hint of the Alice in Wonderlands about it. It still masks as a hotel but how propel can stay there...I'd never find my room, there is no logic to ...

... chewiness. Lastly we were given a gas stove on the table and we made our own beef noodle soup. However, the beef was extremely fatty, the tofu soggy and the noodles were instant noodles so this dish was probably the least popular on our table! Of course our dinner was accompanied by rice wine bottles being continuously topped up by the waiter! This rice wine was warm and gave you a hot sensation when you drunk it, slightly taking the kick away! After dinner we headed back to the ...
