    ... abseil and jump was still the best one of the day so far! Next was the free jumps, you could do 7metres and 11metres, I chickened out of the 11 metre because there were rocks juttering out underneath so you had to take a run and jump at it but keep running in mid air and I'd be scared that id stop at the edge in sheer panic and then that would have been a disaster so I took the chickens route out and down the 7 metre jump! :) Scott thought he was jungle ...

    ... by the falling water, and then checked out a Buddhist temple nearby which had some very large statues in it. Lunch was a roadside jobby which was quite good – BBQ pork, then checking out some more plantations and some houses on the lake (like in the Mekong) before setting up camp in Lak Lake, a little town surrounded by rice paddies and inhabited by a lot of K’ho minority people who live in long houses.

    ... about travelling this country is that it seems each town/city/new place has its own delicousey, whether it be food or drink. We were drawn to a lady with a trolley full of various kabab sticks, so went for some chicken, quail eggs, beef parcels, and a whole sparrow.
