    ... it started to get dark, Doms headlight doesn't work so we had to pull over and get that fixed (which meant it get darker).     ... of me and as you get to 4 metres you have to jump. Well he got there before me and as he jumped his rope caught around my foot and I slipped. Now this may be pretty easy for some to get back up but not me when you're clinging on for dear life. It resulted in two badly sprained toes, a grazed arm and very bruised knee..oh well at least I made it to the bottom. B made his look much more fun.     ... Scott was on the bottom and I had to basically lie on top of him, the water was going so fast; I had a nice ride but Scott had a bit of a bumpy one I think!     ... was a cute village and made for a good story as Huan explained to me on the back of his motorbike.
    We are now again in the lush jungle on our way back as the sun starts to set, he makes one final stop for me to take some photos of the river with the perfect glow, and by 5:30pm we are finally back at my homestay - and I'm exhausted!
