Enroute to Dieppe, passed a line of men stalking the fields. Took a few minutes to register that they were a shooting party. Didn't think it appropriate to stop and take pictures of people with guns. Subsequently came across several other groups who were also shooters, though these were also wearing distinctive orange vests. Sunday obviously not a day for a walk in the woods.

... to have somewhere in Veules-les-Roses. We walked around a village trail that we had walked around last time we were here seeing the shortest river in France and the lovely old houses re-enacting pictures we took last time so we can see a bit of before and after. We sat at the edge of the river, just near the source to have our lunch. Its great to be back on the baguettes as the rolls around the rest of Europe ...

Do we have time for a lap of honour?

... each. We walked back to the river and sat and ate our tasty, tasty cakes. It's good to be back! Then we went and watched the waves crashing against the sea wall which the girls were all getting very excited by and we were caught in the rain as we walked back to our campsite. On the way while driving today we passed the 7000 mile mark for our trip so we have completed quite a large lap of Europe so I am thinking perhaps we should just keep going and go around ...
