    Enough rest and relaxation, time to do some serious hiking. We headed out from camp and immediately tackled the steepest path in the book and proceeded to climb an altitude change of 1100 meters straight up.

    ... on these so we wandered over to the Alpin Raft office in town. The girl there was very helpful however unfortunately the bungy was fully booked for both Friday and Saturday. Luckily there was still spots available on the Saturday canyoning trip so we locked that down. They keep live bears in a pit just outside of the city, but they were not awake when we were there. Interestingly enough, the bears they have now were a gift from Russian president Putin.     Arriving in Fluelen we boarded our train the Wilhelm Tell Express which travelled southwards on the historical Gotthard route with its many loop tunnels, at one section of the track we passed the little church at Wassen three times and on different sides of the train as we gained height climbing into the mountains.
