Early start this morning to travel to Teplice Nad Metují after a tram, a train, a bus, a train, & then another train 4 hours later we were there. ... spelunking expedition through the caves which takes you along narrow, dark passageways through the rock - not for the faint hearted judging by the photos! Once back in the warm sunlight and after the goosebumps had receded, we had a leisurely walk down to the car before driving back to the B&B for an afternoon of R&R. Badminton on the lawn, a 4km bike ride with the kids and an evening drinking wine with our friends. Tomorrow we get back on the hiking ...
