... now rebuilt after being hit by lightning). The town is a local tourist Mecca unbeknownst to us and caught us off guard expecting a sleepy small town. It's a really fun place with lots of historical sites, skinny little marble lain streets off the main roads, loads of cafes coffee bars and gastralinka or restaurant. There is a river, Cetina, that run out of the hills right through town and under the main bridge. Lots ...

... wifi soon won out and we all went back to the boat to get our devices. We went to the cafe across from our boat and all ordered cheap drinks so we could use their wifi for an our or so. We watched some SNL, starting off with "don't make me sing", which everyone had heard way too much of from us at that point. During that time another boat docked next to ours and Vicky, who had spent the night on their boat, made her triumphant return to our group. When we got ...

... nearby although full of kids so I tended to wander a little further around the bay to a pebble beach which was much quieter. I had been looking forward to sampling the food and so far I've not been disappointed! ... stuff, so bear with me! The borders of Yugoslavia were formed purely around those who spoke the Slavic language. This is pretty dangerous really; it is better to create a border around people whose origin, culture, religion and beliefs are the same, rather than they just speak a similar language (think Israel, think Ireland).

So what happened after we flew back to England after our skiing holiday? Well, Yugoslavia managed to hold ...

    ... went crazy!
Later the place started to get packed. DJ played all my favorite dance songs, and I just went for it!

There was this guy, dancing as if he's in his own world -- almost professional-level moves. Just for fun, I danced with him and we got into a friendly mini-battle. It was awesome -- but I was exhausted. I just can't compete with someone probably almost half my age!!! But... Love, love, love, loved it!!!

Danced till past 1:30AM -- again!
