... airport via the train. So easy and handy. And, as today is hot, hot, hot, I'm appreciating the AC. The weather this summer in Geneva has been amazing and the 35+ temperatures should be good prep for what's to come! Sad to leave home (and Craig). When I get back, summer will be ...

On our morn walk we ventured into the back streets where the real people live and discovered more hidden beauty. We walked into the town square past Louis Pasteur's home and college. I saw the sign for our stop fly by in the train window and notified Emile that we had arrived. His response "But we're still on the coast"....one long stare at each other and we figured it out. We were in the wrong city. I take full responsibility because I purchased ...

Ahh, that's better. We've been in France and the French part of Switzerland for about 24 hours and already we're all wearing very happy grins. Getting out of Geneva airport was a blast as we packed into our little Renault Clio and very quickly adapted to driving a left hand drive manual on the wrong side of the road. It was quite hilarious but thankfully we had Satnav which helped us navigate our way out of the city to our destination. I chose Chateau de Divonne because of ...
