Last night we got home late after spending dinner in the port and a stroll along the beach that quickly became a competition on who could through stones the furthest. Dinner was gnocchi and Calanoni and james had a hamburger minus the bun. We walked back up the hill for the last time as we soaked in the warm night views. Plans were to grab a ice cream however the little old man at the shop ...

Woke up pretty late today because we knew it was gonna be raining & we couldn't do much. Dragged our butts out while it rained to go to the port area. We had to take a metro there but when we reached the station, the only ticket machine was spoilt. There was this super scary guy trying to be helpful and telling us where to go buy tickets & following us around which was so creepy. Alert level 999. While we were at ...

The area near the beautiful South Italian beaches was ...

She said. We have now resigned ourselves to the fact that we won't get our luggage anytime soon. After picking up our Audi ( very new) we hit the road and thanks to our GPS we find our way out of Rome fairly easily thanks to MTs great driving and my directions eg.look out, A couple of hours later we pass the west coast, very picturesque, the beaches are absolutely packed as it is Sunday and 30 degrees.,the great weather is still ...

Once again in Pompeya. It's definitely a great way to reconnect with old relatives (yes, we are all relatives here) and it's like diving in a snapshot of 2000 years ago! Come and visit it because people who should care of this place are definitely doing a bad job and we could be the last generation able to see this amazing place. From Napoli you have direct train to here. Entrance is ...
