... was melting quickly in the heat.Further down the valley, the small village of 'Covadonga' was a real gem. Here, there is a small church built into the cliff 100ft up, underneath which flows a waterfall that flows through the village below. Several passage ways run from the church and through the mountain to another church perched up on the hill.Stayed in the town of 'Cangas de Onis' which had a unique Roman bridge.

To Potes we will go!
... mountain range in Northern Spain. You can see the Picos de Europa from San Vicente. Despite the rain...we decided to go to scout out what we would do there when it was NICE. We also wanted to scope out how to get to Fuente De, which is where the telerifico to the top of the mountain is.

We managed to get a small switch from a hardware shop through sign language and drawings. Back at the campsite I rigged it up so that you have to flick the switch on and off to start and stop the water flow. A bodge I know but hey it ...
