River rapids and mud baths

... into an island and to my horror the ring I was in started to go under, my foot was wedged up under a tree root and I thought I was going to flip upside and get stuck under the water and drown! Somehow I managed to get free and carried on down the rapids getting beached in the shallow sections like a whale on the sand and I had to roll out of my ring, move it back to the deep part and do this awkward flop into it before it drifted away from me.
