Dinner at Grand Ocean - Caudan

A travel blog entry by evietravel on Jun 30, 2013

Another dinner at a chinese restaurant in Port Louis, at Caudan Waterfront! Even though I am starting to get tired of chinese food, the food at Grand Ocean was excellent! I did not eat too much but I still felt really full at the end of the dinner. Rosemarie came with her husband Robert, her youngest son Shane, and four other people I do not really know. We had a good time. I did not take any photos ...

Finally as the sun turned the horizon red, we pulled into their driveway and took our leave. ...

... the white wrought iron gates to the park were the ones originally on the Crystal Palace in London!

Our taxi dropped us at the Caudan waterfront where the ship's shuttle was stopping so we waked round there looked at the craft market and had an excellent coffee and OK croissant (we had hoped for great things with the French influence here!) bought a few souvenirs ad returned to the ship after another good day ashore.
