... Tugawe Cove because of the reviews I've read. I also have been frequenting Caramoan because 1.it's near Naga City, 2. It has the best sunrise view I have ever seen this side of the planet, and 3. ... I just don't understand how they can make something as simple as pizza or French fries taste so wrong. The Filipino food is even worse. Everyone we spoke to agreed that it was vile. We had a chilled out day and went to the bar in there evening to try and wash down the 'food'.
