    ... until the have only 4 miles remaining and the skies open up and the deluge, lightning and strong winds begin in earnest!! They return to the house soaked to the bone, a little chilled, but safe and we are all thankful to be together again, and sit down for a wonderful buffet dinner.

    ... was a parking garage conveniently located nearby.

    We walked around a little in order to find just the right cafe. We found a good one, Cafe de la Fountain, in between two other cafes right in front of the most amazing fountain. The fountain was covered in moss and ferns. There was no indication of what the original fountain looked like. It was currently in the form of a giant green mushroom with water dripping into the basin below.
