Up early this morning as we are travelling again. Caught the train back to Paris Nord. It certainly travels very fast. Sitting right at the back so not as smooth as the ride up. Then onto the TER to Beauvais. Looks a nice town but didn't stay to explore. Caught the No. 12 bus out to the airport and then walked to the guest house. ... some many years ago from Australia & the relatives of these, including a white one, are an attraction. Sad to see them in an enclosure & looking so out of place in a palace grounds! We met some other Aussies from the Mornington area as we all showed our displeasure at stopping for 10mins on the train to observe these animals!

Waking up, it seemed a lot hotter than any of the days we had been in the south. 27 degrees was amazing, this made me even more annoyed that I would shortly be going home to rain and **** weather.
