... museum ...well, not Al...but I only wanted to go to the shop...our guide last time and this time said don't miss it and they were right. Nothing we can't get in the states but it's a local tradition and the chocolates are DELICIOUS!! nice...I have treats to share!!

Andernach to Cologne

Beautiful morning as we left Andernach and cruised towards Cologne. The river traffic is noticeably heavier and bigger, with many more River Ships (barges), but the scenery along the river is beautiful.

We spent the morning in the lounge, reading, talking, relaxing. Of interest on the river were the remains of the Remagen Bridge which was destroyed by the Allies in WWII. The movie, The Bridge ...

... bag is going to be in undetermined countries and for an undetermined length of time. It’s going to be 3-7 weeks long maybe. I’ll definitely visit Spain and Portugal, maybe also Morocco and some other places. I’m travelling in November which is the end of autumn in the Mediterranean. So it will be warm at times, rainy at other times, windy too and for sure cold, esp. if I travel to the north.

On the 27th of May, we went back to Antwerpen to purchase some stuff back home for our parents. So we went to Long Champ again, but the Long Champ staff in this outlet is so much more helpful and friendly. She even explain to us which are the latest and under this season. After purchasing our bags, we went back to Netherlands straight for early rest.
