Today we crossed the river to the Castle Hill area. The Prague Castle has had the Kings of Bohemia, Holy Roman Emperors and presidents of Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic offices here. The Guinnes Book of Records lists the castle as the largest ancient castle in the world. The Czech crown jewels are also stored here in a hidden room.

That night we met up on the other side of the bridge again for ready for a traditional Czech dinner. Chanel and I shared a Beef Goulash with bread dumplings and Pork Knuckle. The pork unfortunately was really fatty and the goulash lacked meat but was quite yummy. If I had my time again I would have found a little pricier place for better quality food. ... here in Prague and is, to begin with, a really nice pub with great food and Pilsener Urquell on tap. The climbing centre is very, very good ... and also demanding, with nearly every climb to 20 metres or so, working under inclines and rearward sloping walls (meaning your weight is virtually always on your arms and shoulders. Also, there is no 'top rope' as we are familiar with in Australia, so no way to let go and swing off the wall ...
