    Now my room was great and one of the young lads got up to see me off. He took a pic of me and I really should of got a pic of him on my bike, a recent friend taught me that, I guess I'm a slow learner. He would now be part of my blog.     This evening we went on an excursion to Kumrovec, the hometown of Joseph Broz (also known as "Tita"). Tita was the elected president of the former Yugoslavia.  We learned that there are many in the 6 provinces of the former Yugoslavia that still have fond memories of Tita.  They are quick to point out that he was a socialist, not a communist, and truly wanted the best for his people.  He grew up very poor in a peasant community.  The poor ...
