    ... atmosphere put me in mind of Stonehenge and the summer solstice, not that I have personally been, with everyone peering out to sea as the golden 'orb' gradually dropped over the edge of the sea.     ... As we entered the very narrow entrance the gennaker started to unfurl again and so we decided to drop it. As we did a gust came and the sail went back into the sea. Dawson managed to manoevre the boat without hitting anything as we hurled the anaconda, as we have christened her, back onto the deck.

    On on one hand I am sorry it's finished but then I am really looking forward to coming home, if only for a short while.

    ... night and late night chats and it was perfect start to our time in Portugal. The next day we ventured to the nearby lighthouse before a swim at the cove beach down the road.
