... a city on the south east coast. We pulled up to our resort which we just picked off a list online, because we had to have some address to provide our driver. We walked up, they had a room for us for $25/ night, and its gorgeous. We settled very quickly into our clean room overlooking the pool. Then we walked to the main beach which is about 5 minutes away on foot. By this time it was 4pm, there were still people out kiteboarding, kayaking, swimming and ...

The day ended with yet another meal at the Casa Luna - another successful enterprise by Janet De Neefe who continues to develop more venues and events here, such as the upcoming Ubud Writers Festival. Of course I could hardly eat a thing, but the ambience was worth the visit.

I think tomorrow with be a 'rest' day.

... none of it, and with the Australian women behind joining in he soon moved on!!
We got in the taxi to make our way to the guesthouse. Bali is very full on, busy, bright flashing lights, bill boards, definately the most touristy place we have been to yet. The traffic is mad, if you ever did think about hiring a car you would change your mind in a matter of seconds! Everyone is in a great hurry, tailgating and flooring the accelerator at every opportunity, straddling lanes ...
