      ... Salvador and he would buy a ticket from someone when he got there. But he had a couple of days to spare, so he was coming back to the house in Natal and then he would fly to Salvador! We ended running into our sandwich shop guy who apparently shops here regularly, because he felt comfortable enough to reach in the fridge, pop open a can beer and follow us around telling us how to shop the market, and to weigh the veggies at the deli counter before we take it to the register.
