The taxi fare to the train station from Casa Albert (the end of the pedestrian walkway) cost 8 lei, not the 25 we were charged on our way in. In US dollars, that meant we paid about 2 v.s. 6, even getting ripped off, it is pretty cheap to take a taxi. When we left Bucharest, our train arrived at the station early so we were able to get in early and relax before departing. Not so here. We arrived early to sit on a bench on the platform. ... We had crisp blue skies and the sun was shining. We didn't wait too long for the bus so we were soon on our way. Once the bus dropped us off at the bus station we got on the other bus within seconds to spare. It was perfect timing. The journey took around 45mins to get to village of Bran. ... history than just being Draculas castle but now a days that is what it is famous for. In the castle we saw many items with "certifications of authenticity" that were used in Dracula.

After the Castle visits we went into Brasov. Pacos company has an office there and he visits there often for work. He was able to show us the town and his office there. We had lunch at this nice restaurant. You can see in one of the pictures bright pink and orange glasses. At first ...

Sibiu and Brasov: Argumentation and Realizations

... you can never hope to live up to yourself. I'll never be the most successful and important person on Earth. Hell, I likely won't be in the Top 2000. This could be a distressing thought for those of us striving for perfection. This lens of connection, though, started to help me see that maybe I should be living for something beyond myself, greater than myself, and perhaps the high standards of perfection could be easier to understand and navigate. Because really, living ...
