We arrived at our apartment in Bucharest after catching a taxi, yes taxi, from Ruse in Bulgaria. You can catch a bus or train over the border but by the time we got a taxi to the bus or train station, caught the bus or train to Bucharest, then went to an ATM to get some Romanian lei, then caught another taxi to our apartment you can see why we caught a taxi the 76Ks. It wasn't expensive either as we shared the taxi with a bloke from the US who is doing a lecture tour of the Balkins ...
... the shoppers and diners in the street. A hit a couple of stores to dry off in and we return to the hotel. We have to be up at 5:30am to catch the train to Bucuresti at 7:10am so Mom packs, I watch TV for an hour, check out, get our free breakfast to go and go to bed. ... train that you could ride to take you to up the hill.. Because we weren't likely the look of the massive hill in front of us as just getting to the tractor was hilly enough. The fortress was less busy which was nice as we were able to explore and look around at our own pace and experience the outstanding views as we climbed to the top. Je quitte l'Ukraine, pour la Roumanie , je vais retrouver mes amis de longue date en Moldavie (région de Roumanie ).Avant je dois traverser la frontière au sud , en Bucovine. Exercice pas toujours agréable car dans les pays de l'est très peu de transports ou de correspondances traversent les frontières aisément.
A Chernivtsi , à la gare des bus, je glane le maximum d'infos et j'évite les rabatteurs en tout genre ..L'astuce ,c'est la patience, ...
