... Back on the bus and then we had another 3 hour trek with stop and then we went to the Denison??? Waterfall area which is apparently the largest waterfall in this Mediterranean section. Initially underwhelmed, it was actually great – with lots of water falling and lots of Turks enjoying this sight. This is a very populated country compared to Australia! On the way back down we ride through a narrow ravine. There is an old stone arched bridge and another strange restaurant built out over the ravine stream supported on very fragile looking poles.



Another trip down to the wifi cafe for cappuccino rounds out the day. Tomorrow we head north back towards Greece.

The road up to the Rivera Restaurant is appalling. It snakes up the mountain, all hairpins, ruts and loose gravel. It is not much fun going back down in the dark but we make it.




And so ends another day in Turkey.

Those on the 2nd and 3rd rows of the grid start pipping their horns at Go-minus-2 in case the front runners have dozed off. Cheeky drivers who fancy their chances will try to underpass up the hard shoulder or right-turn-only inside lane.
