    We headed for Kangasala to the Mobilia museum which houses the Rally Hall of Fame amongst other displays. The Hall of Fame was disappointing.     A very quiet and peaceful evening, blessed with no midges as it was cold but this made the skies clearer and the light and colours spectacular. We walked a little, enjoyed our evening meal with some wine and a good, long sleep. En route to Tampere now for a look see and perhaps a shop before we find somewhere for the night, we shall see!     Finland is almost as far as I can go in Europe and, strangely, I have made 4 or 5 visits here over the past 10 years. But all of these have been to Helsinki - a very pleasant city. This time I am going up country to Tampere.

    ... jumping out of the bus" for about half an hour, I swear the guy has a death wish haha. We pulled up in Porvoo an hour or two later and immediately Tim opened the door and dived straight out on to the pavement, face first, good job we'd already stopped by then eh? We transferred to the back of Dom's 4x4 and mashed it up a hill to his house, in the dark, on a dirt track, rally style. Bedtime now as we'd all been up for 24 hours straight.
