What an amazing way to start a new year. Today is my 34th birthday and I spent the day traveling through the Crete Mountains by bus.  I saw all of the mountain side villages, visited a cave, spent time at the 17th most beautiful beach in the world and ate authentic organic Greek food in a little village.  I met people from Cyprus, Australia and Ireland.
