... of our latest arrivals back in Malta.

Having showered and dressed in our civvies we set off in search of a much needed beer. I was a little apprehensive, I visited Krumlov in 1993 when few had heard of the place. How had it withstood the tourist onslaught? Had it become a sort of theme park?

In the main courtyard, we noticed a scene that replicated a medieval market place. It was actually a film set. Our tour took us through ...

Up relatively early - but still better at sleeping in! We got our stuff packed and piled in the car and moving! Down the back roads from Plzen, via Lnare, Blatna, Pisek and Ceske Budkovice we finally made it to Cesky Krumlov. The drive down the back roads was great, with a random castle or two and an amazing bridge in Pisek.

As we drove into Cesky Krumlov there was still beautiful sun shining down, although the grey clouds were definitely looking ...
