... So basically I had no idea what most of it was but the part I did recognize was awesome. The first floor also contained some robotic dinosaurs and some random dino statues. It was pretty neat and totally unexpected. Outside of the museum was a little shop where you could get some great fish fossils and some other things but I was low on funds so I skipped it.

We decided to head home after that because we were tired it was getting late and we ...

Two of the 4 were able to do the race and came through in the next wave. The other 2 had shown up to late and had just got there stuff and came to the finish because the race was over. With triumphant smiles we sped out of Guilin, never to visit again (probably). We travelled to Shenzhen, chuckling scornfully at the 3 hour trip - only three hours? Please. It was a good journey save from the parents who played 'If you're happy and you know it' on loop to the whole carriage. The fact that no one was clapping their hands or stamping their feet perhaps ...

... it was not intended to be sat on. We arrived in front of a mall with a Book City in it and headed inside. We were headed to a place that bore the sign saying Grey Wolf. The inside was like a hogan because the walls were plastered, maybe with stucco, and the edges were rounded. Our guide referred to this restaurant as the cave. The theme seemed to be wolf related because of the name, the paintings on the wall, the bone shaped menu, the drink page, and the wolf hats ...
