Sunday 4th May (Week 9)

First port of call GC? NO we bypassed it. We went before when Lizzie was with us and we didn't;t really want to go again. It's too loud and dare I say 'trashy".

We were looking forward to seeing South of the GC and what it had to offer. It didn't disappoint! Coolangatta, Cabarita, Cudgera, Hastings Point, Burleigh Heads and Tweed Heads all beautiful. ...

Once again, a loving life moment! The next day Marianne, Claire (a french girl from our surf camp), Kristen and I had decided to get up for the sunrise and walk to the lighthouse. Since I was awake at 3am due to our lovely ho stel ...

... beach and cheap surf board hire. We were all up for the idea so took the long walk down the beach down there. It was after leaving the main busy beach how maxing the Byron Coast line was. The beautiful beaches were empty; just paradise. The walk down to Sam's hostel had been worth it. It had free parasails along the empty beach. Sam and I went inside the hostel to grab a board. The hostel was lush. Little cabins with white linen and ensuites circled around the ...
