Victoria's at Wategos Byron Bay

It's terrible when you start getting all nonchalant about beatiful beaches, but there's just so many on Australia's East Coasts that it's hard to distinguish between them all!! Jetzt sind wir wieder im Hostel und haben gerade mal das im Preis inbegriffene Abendessen probiert &#8211; gut, dass wir vorhin in der Stadt was Kleines in der Bäckerei gekauft haben! Aber wenigstens das Byron-Beer schmeckt!<br><br>Morgen früh machen wir wohl noch einen kurzen Abstecher zum Strand, bevor wir weiter nach Brisbane fahren!

... Like the scene in the Simpson's when they take a ton of sweets from the Candy Fair and they just have to keep going well after eating had stopped being enjoyable. We were all like this for three days. I had one meal consisting of two bowls of soup (with bread rolls, of course), Ham and Cheese pasta bake, carrots, green beans, peas, baked potatoes, gravy and sweetcorn. ... had her long board for the rest of the day and had a great time surfing that afternoon at a break called The Pass. I had a great time watching. The forecast was turning cold and rainy for the next few days, so with Melissa on a high from her surfing experience in Byron, we decided it was time to start heading on and seeing more of the East Coast with the week and half on Melissa's itinerary. Surfer town...forget surfers paradise, this is the place. I've never seen so many dreadlocks, its fabulous. I went into the supermarket and 50% of customers were not wearing shoes...now thats a stat i can get on board with, i hate wearing shoes. We're staying at the Arts Factory, something straight out the 70's with the ultimate hippy vibe. The usual facilities alongside tepee dorms, organic food cafes and a long list of activities you could never hope to find in the conventional ...

Leid** war diese nicht g**ade Fotogen und flüchtete sofort ins Gebüsch. am östlichsten Punkt kann man mit etwas Glück was wir auch hatten Delfinen beim spielen und "Wellenreiten" zu sehen. ... Wales seizes another Grand Slam victory in the Six Nations... it was pretty awesome being in Sydney when Wales beat Australia a few months back though! Every Aussie in the bar just got up &amp; left, leaving about twenty Welsh people screaming 'Bread of Heaven' - good times! Anyway, hope your all well back home &amp; enjoying the snow (to those in the UK)! For those of you complaining about it, it could be worse - it was 49*C in Adelaide on Saturday! Thank God we're not there eh!

... drunken tourists and having our drinks knocked over by drunkards (not us this time!). It was a very amusing night to say the least. We stopped off for a kebab on the way home, so all in all a typical London night out! Wish we didn't have to leave as we would be very happy to spend a week body boarding and sunbathing but we're on a tight schedule. Gotta be in Melbourne for Christmas so we'er off to Sydney via Valla Beach to visit Stu's aunt and uncle. x
