... campfire before an early night, ready for surfing at 6am. Being back on the board was great, I was up first time, and I advanced up to catching green waves and turning so I'm now surfing across the waves. It was great to get back out into the ocean again, surging is addictive. After surfing we headed up the coast to Byron Bay on another 5 hour drive. On the drive I have seen my first Kangaroo in the wild, ...

I had the most amazing day, drove back home at 5:00pm. I finished the long weekend off with an evening ...

... Was watching out the window for a while until there was loads of traffic, so I went to sleep. When I woke up there was no traffic, and we were nearly there! Had a look about and asked some people but there was no sign of the shuttle bus to the hostel, had to ask the information centre to ring them, they said it was coming. Turned up and we got on.

Dropped off at the hostel and we had to wait a little bit ...

... teachers are super nice and the way they teach with enthusiasm. In art the teacher blasts music. Before the third day of school we went scuba diving and saw some leopard sharks. I also saw some grouper and puffer fish. Carson went snorkeling and he saw a green turtle and a manta ray. On the third day of school I felt just like I was at home. I came in late and no one really cared. I got my schedule so I didn't need to follow anyone ...
