      ... and when Eva showed up, even she drank a little bit of it. For dinner, we stayed in Oxford and went to eat hot pot. If you are not familiar with this meal, you sit at a table in front of a boiling pot of water or broth, then order items to add to the pot such as vegetables, meat, and seafood. It is delicious but filling. Terry and I only finished one round, but Sweden and Eva impressively finished two. Afterward, we lumbered to the car and Eva drove us home.

      ... around, so I left hers with Jen and Marta, but they did open theirs and they liked them.

      Back at Pembroke, we spent the morning packing up the office. I did manage to slip out to give Tom, Kate, Natalie, and Lauren their gifts. Tom got a flask with a map of the world sketched on it. Kate got a mug with the NYC skyline on it in bright foil colors. Lauren got a Mickey Mouse ring in colors that reminded me of Frozen.       ... all the old downstairs rooms still in use as lounges, a bar, sitting room, and a restaurant.
      The hotel has such English character and charm, that I feel like I'm Bertie Wooster, sipping G&T's on the patio overlooking the rolling grassed fields and the river bellow.

      ... is going crazy. Natalie will have to move a couple kids into different bedrooms to make space for the lounge, but all in all I think it is the best plan for everyone given the space we have to work with.
