Zaira elected not to walk around the island with us though, as she claimed that if we were seen with a local we would not be able to plead ignorance and misunderstanding as our reason for not paying the fee. ... said to be the most beautiful of the villages. While we all agreed it was very touristy and quite busy as it was Sunday. There were many little lanes with stores selling all the usual array of tourist treasures.
