After the walking tour, we went to try and spend our "millions" of Belarusian rubles in the grocery story and then a few of us sat by the water and relaxed in beautiful (if not exactly nice) Minsk. ... upstairs, I stared at the outlet. As a last chance attempt I turned the adapter 180 degrees (Upside down, in my mind). Yep, you guessed it, it worked! The little lights on my computer lit up - hooray! Another barrier broken by the super woman from Vancouver USA!
