... our own table at the restaurant. Last time we had shared with the loveable Gwens. The menu is exactly the same as the other MSC ship which is disappointing. We thought all the ships would have their own menus. We decided not to go to the theatre tonight.
We had hoped for a quiet night but we were not fortunate. Both neighbour's were party animals! We set our clocks forward an hour.

... island. We found ourselves in an Italian language course throughout dinner, as we countered with English translations when Angelo found himself stuck. (At the end of dinner, he thanked us for the lesson!)

... all over our patio area and it was so pretty. I definitely wish I could bring one of those trees home with me, but I don't even have to check to know that wouldn't be allowed.
We managed to book a shuttle directly through our resort that would take us to the Cagliari airport (about 2.5 hour drive) and from there we got a taxi from the taxi stand by the arrivals that took us to our hotel in Cagliari. It was by far the easiest transportation day we've had all trip.

We spent our evening sitting by the main pool again and listening to the music. Every night they play music by the pool and it's the same rotation of European/Italian songs which EVERYONE loves and knows the choreographed dance to with English songs mixed in. The DJ also loves Bruno Mars and did a lot of singing over the music, which he butchered every time.
Banking issues aside, it was a pretty good day :)
... wildlife reserve. We got to pet our favourite donkey who was always there to greet us and see the boars up close for the first time.
Once back to our room we showered and got ready then headed down to dinner. It was a buffet style type deal and you got your first plate as the antipasti, then your pasta dish, then the next was your meat plate and the last was your dessert.
