Washed the boat, ate prime rib and visited with other cruisers headed south. Tomoorrow is a long day. We are going to try to make an 85 mile run. No viable place to stop in the Alligator River. Sole marina doesn't have enough depth for us to use it. No other options other than anchoring out and we don't want to have to do that. We'll see how that works out.

... very sweet people.Then got geared up to grab lunch (delicious mexican food) and pick up Joel to head to the beach! When we got to Joel's, we got to meet his mother, she was such a sweetheart, and funny. She showed me an old picture of Joel from highschool when he had a goofy jew-fro it was hilarious. ... diving down into the ocean. It was peaceful and we enjoyed our time together. The Resort offered nice beach chairs that we got to sit in and enjoy. We found a favorite place to eat breakfast. It was called First Light Breakfast and Burgers. Great quick food and I got to try Mimosas for the first time.

... Jim: We just finished a wonderful evening with a good friend and her husband, Margie and Bob shared dinner and great conversation. It seems Bob and I think alike on several subjects. I wish that I had gotten to know him sooner. I feel that we could have become good friends and shared many "adventures" together. Margie is still the same wonderful person that she has always been. ... was still a draw. Our friend, Neesa, joined us later that afternoon and we all got settled in. The Sanderling does an afternoon tea with cookies which is a nice touch.
