We travelers learned about wine and olive oil making from the winery manager, specifically how the art and science of making these Greek specialties has changed over the years. We saw their wine production facilities, their vineyards ...

... on an expedition today but to spend the afternoon in the town with Sue. The temperature is hovering in the late 30's as we do the shops along the street of this small town. As usual there are many options but the selling style is much more restrained and therefore the shopping much more pleasant! My major purchase for the day is a teatowel – I know....so blimin practical! Everytime that towel comes to the surface when I get back ...
