The west and south coast of Portugal is pretty much a long stretch of beaches surrounded and separated by huge red cliffs and you can get from one beach to another by crawling through caves in the cliffs (I also think that's where the bums sleep at night...) ... love being caught....so much that i caught 23 mackeral in the 4 hour trip. Thats ALOT. Sometimes id even reel in 2 at once, cause there were two hooks on the lines. It was awesome. And at the end we got to take them home and eat them!! wooo! Sean filited them btu i had to clean them which was GROSS. Just like get all the blood off them and stuff, but all the guts were gone by then thank god. UGH. But, we filleted, cleaned, and seasoned like 30 fish between the 2 of us ...

... of Dr Who that we had missed and also to watch a show called 'The Baby Borrowers', which is not as macabre as it sounds - it is all about lending babies to teenagers so that they don't want to have some of their own too young. Jess and I have become hooked on this one so it is lucky that it airs at 10:30 at night or we would have to structure our holiday around it. Sadly we will move on in a couple of days so we will have separation anxiety.
