... something on the menu is absolutely inconceivable. Some of my vegetarian colleagues had warned me about finding food in Japan, so we brought a lot of snacks and I definitely didn't starve. But by the end of the trip, I was so sick of junk food and dying for a hot dish of tofu, vegetables, and soba noodles. I finally got some in the Tokyo airport on the way home!
