... the fa moly after the fall of the old communist regime. After lunch at the Laborowic palace cafe ( the tomatoe soup was yum) w e headed back down the hill to Prague centre. We caught the tram no 22 and this time we travelled all long it through town into the edges of suburbia. ... to an all day tram ticket. Cost $6 each but you can ride on any public transport as many times as you want in 24hrs. Such a great way to see the city. You hop off at one stop and wait only a few minutes for the tram you want to take. We had lots of rides and got off at various places including a different lot of christmas markets where we had a sausage lunch with hot wine! yum!! ... some people from Norway and chatted for a while. We ended up in an English pub called 'George Dragon' where a guy was playing excellent guitar. ... make a brew, I was horrified to discover that we had picked up a carton of sour milk (who drinks this stuff?). As my cup of tea curdled, so did my mood, and I went to bed feeling a little unimpressed by our time in Prague.
