Walk in our area, we're surprised at all the new office buildings behind the main drag, gorgeous new era architecture. Lunch and rest.
In the evening we went to Wenceslas square for an Open air Czech National Symphony Orchestra performing movie themes from Titanic, Graduate, Forest Gump, Mission Impossible and others. Marcello Roth was the conductor, he is quite famous and very animated, fun to watch.

Thursday 9/1With a few hours to spare before going climbing in the afternoon, Betty and I headed into town and visited St Cyril & Methodius Church, which was in 1943 (?) the venue for the last stand of a small group Czech paratroopers, now national heroes.
