I had such an exciting time at Paris!! The City of Love with the loves of my ACE life, Steffi and Lai :D We went to the top of the Eiffel Tower and saw such a beautiful scenery! I recommend that you stay until nightfall when they will light up the night sky with a beautiful display of lights. Or you can lay on the grass patch in front of the Eiffel …

... dungeons which were frankly a bit precarious!! For our last dinner we went to a bizarre restaurant called Mama Bigoude, which was decorated like the inside of a 50's pop style home. So we ate dinner in a bedroom and others ate at a bathroom sink, etc. the kids enjoyed it but the food was pretty ordinary, though the crepes were yum!! We've now got 6 days in Paris - don't really have a plan yet apart from a trip to Euro Disney. We will keep you ...

Luckily enough the girls wanted to walk to the first 2 levels then get the lift from there.

the views from the second level are great. Even if you are a little ...

... it would be good for picture taking. That was really cool, so many locks all over the place. We locked ours on and threw the keys in the water for good. We then went to Notre Dame to climb it and go inside. At first we got on a line that was moving very quickly so we thought this was a good thing, but then we soon realized it was just to get into the church part and see inside. That was still very cool to see, it is huge. So much detail went into building it. On this trip we have ...

Exploring Paris in the rain

... and then stopped at the MonoPrix store for dinner fixings. The dinner was more than delicious! A riff on veggies and pasta and balsamic vinegar that stood in for salt and pepper, of which I pointed out before, we did not have. Very Yummy.

Rain again Friday but out we went. The Pompidou Center was today's destination. It's quite the sight with it's utilitarian structure. It contains Europe's best collection of 20th century ...
