    We were ready, but the Swiss weren't! The most memorable part of the journey was not the beautiful scenery, the picture postcard lakeside villages, the mountains, or the waterfalls. Instead, it was the 2 hour queue waiting to get through the 17km Gotthard-Strassentunnel on the A2. That meant our planned stop in Lucerne was abandoned, and we got to Strasbourg at about 9pm.     ... we are getting on our new Panasonic Lumix is System Error (Zoom) and the zoom seems stuck – so Harves, Terry or any other brainy practical people let us know what to do.
